INTO THE DREAMSCAPE
At Mucky Weekender in Winchester, we cranked the weird dial well past “sensible” and let it run riot. Soundtracked by relentless Jungle and Drum & Bass — with MCs spitting fire over the top — we unleashed our modified Optikinetic projectors like psychedelic beasts on a mission. Custom image wheels spun out a bold, brain-bending collage of snakes, glaring eyes, jittering insects, dragons, angels and beautifully twisted faces, all colliding in full-colour chaos.
The bass was seismic, the visuals were unapologetically surreal, and somewhere between the third reload and a dragon blinking at you from the wall, reality politely excused itself. It was loud, it was mucky, and it was exactly the kind of beautiful visual mayhem we live for.
